Which messages can I reply to?
Instagram, Facebook, and X support DMs. In-app comment replies are supported on Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Threads. TikTok and Pinterest comments open on the platform. Messaging windows and account permissions still apply.
Does AI send replies automatically?
No. Set up reply examples in your brand context, generate a draft, review it, and choose when to send.
Where are my leads?
Leads is part of your conversation workflow. On Starter and above, it surfaces comments with potential buying intent and lets you export the list to CSV.
Can I reply to several comments at once?
Yes. Select multiple comments in Inbox, generate a unique AI draft for each one, edit anything you want, and send when you are ready.
How long do I have to reply to Instagram and Facebook DMs?
Meta allows replies within 24 hours of the customer’s last message. After that, you can still read the thread but cannot send a new DM from iZop until they message again.
Can my team use the same inbox?
Yes on Pro and Agency. Invite teammates, assign brand access, and let Editors and Admins reply from the same comments and DMs you see. Viewers can read without sending.
